# PracBill

> PracBill is Australian telco billing software for carriers, ISPs and telecom resellers. It handles recurring invoicing, automated bill runs, carrier CDR rating, NBN service billing, customisable plans, service bundles, provisioning and a customer portal.

PracBill is built and supported in Australia for Australian telco billing. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST.

## Plans

- **Lite** (Free): Free forever. Run real billing from day one, not a trial sandbox. Includes $5,000.00 of customer billing per month, then 2% on the excess. New and small telco resellers billing under $5,000 a month.
- **Pro** ($250.00/month): Most popular. Everything in Lite, plus the integrations and support a growing reseller needs. Includes $25,000.00 of customer billing per month, then 1% on the excess. Established resellers billing $5,000–$25,000 a month who need API access and support.
- **Enterprise** ($1,000.00/month): Everything in Pro, plus a dedicated account manager, an SLA and bespoke customisation. Includes $100,000.00 of customer billing per month, then 1% on the excess. High-volume carriers and multi-tier reseller groups billing $25,000+ a month.
